At Vat19, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your awesome new look, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. If your purchase doesn't make you say 'awesome,' we'll help you swap it out or get your money back.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely tape it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack the Goods

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop and Relax

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
